| CITQAA ORGANIZATION includes
Officers and Committee Chairs.
CITQAA has three elected Officers. Officers are elected at the
Annual Holiday Luncheon in December and serve for one year.
- President
The President is responsible for general CITQAA activities
and is the interface to QAI and other outside organizations.

President about how CITQAA can work with you or your Company,
or if none of the other contacts seems appropriate.
- Vice President
The Vice President fills in for the President and acts as Treasurer of the
organization.
Contact the Vice President for questions of dues payment and
other financial matters.
- Secretary
The Secretary maintains the mailing list, sends out all CITQAA mailings,
and coordinates meeting logistics.

CITQAA has four volunteer Committees. If you are a Full Member of
CITQAA and would like to work on one of the Committees, please contact the
appropriate Committee.
- Programs
The Programs Committee is responsible for arranging programs and presentations
for all CITQAA Regular Meetings.

Programs Committee if you would like to present a program, or would like
more information about a specific program.
- Membership
The Membership Committee is responsible for Member Services, such as recording
new memberships, providing membership cards, greeting visitors at meetings, and
running officer elections. It also maintains the CITQAA Library and Archives for
member use.

Membership Committee for how to become a member, your membership status,
to replace a lost membership card, or if you have questions about contents
of the Library or Archives.
- Education
The Education Committee coordinates local seminars, classes, and other educational
or professional development opportunities. It also coordinates other Software
Quality educational opportunities for the public.

Education Committee for questions about Certification, Software Quality
courses, or to arrange a presentation on Software Quality for your
company or organization.
- Public Relations
The Public Relations Committee is responsible for communications about
CITQAA to local media and other professional organizations, and for
maintaining this website.

flyers, brochures, posters, or any other general information about CITQAA.
